Excel Formula Design

We can edit date, integer, and string data fields with Excel formulas. You can also access algebra and trigonometry, if-else statements, search and replace financial, logical, and engineering formulas. 

• Formulas must be defined and correctly connected to the corresponding input fields in Excel to perform precise calculations.

• The term "round" should be defined in the formula, and the result of the calculation should be displayed as a decimal. The formulas should specify rounds in accordance with SOP.  (For example, the average (Mean) based on the input data, the standard deviation (SD) up to 4 rounds, the relative standard deviation (RSD) 2 rounds, the accuracy percentage, or any calculation involving the percentage should be 2 rounds, the weight should be 2 digits, etc.

• Our team will review the Excel sheets you are currently using and offer suggestions for improvement.

• Help to define formulas as per calculation requirements, Pass/Fail/Limit criteria must be specified wherever necessary. Conclusions based on overall results must be pass/fail or within limits. 

• Multiple formulas won't be necessary in Excel because we know how to define the "if-"else condition in formulas. To minimize user work, one Excel data must be linked to another Excel.

Excel Development

Excel Validation or Verification

• It is necessary to validate or verify the developed Excel sheets against the user requirements. In the Excel development, we will define some input cells, and output cells, set some formulas to get automatic results, some advanced functionality to minimize the number of Excel sheets add some VBA macro to reduce user work or to fulfill user requirements, all the things are very critical and risky, so these points should be verified against different criteria and requirements. 

• A few documents can be prepared to validate/verify the developed sheets. For example, a Validation plan to brief validation activities and functional Requirements Specification/ User Requirements Specification to elaborate user needs. Based on requirements Excel sheets shall be developed/designed. The Risk assessment shall be performed for the requirements. Installation/Operational Qualification shall be executed to challenge the accuracy of the developed Excel against the user requirements. For the defined calculation formula, the manual calculation shall be performed with the scientific calculator. If all the test results are found as per the defined expected/acceptance criteria, the developed Excel sheet can be released for routine use.
